What happened to Satyam Computer Services?

• Satyam Computer Services, founded in 1987 was one of the top IT companies in Pune and in India.
• The tech company had offices in Pune at Hinjewadi, Shivajinagar, Bund Garden Rd.
• In 2009, the IT company collapsed due to reported financial irregularities involving it founder and chairman Ramalinga Raju.
• Following this collapse, another one of the top IT companies Tech Mahindra purchased a major stake in the company Satyam Computer Services and it became 'Mahindra Satyam' company.
• Subsequently, company Mahindra Satyam merged with Tech Mahindra in 2013.
